Rachel Persaud was recognized for Creditor Debtor Rights: Consumer, with additional recognition for her work in Civil Litigation: Plaintiff and Creditor Debtor Rights: Business.
The Rising Stars distinction recognizes attorneys who are either 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less. According to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state are selected to the Rising Stars list annually.
Super Lawyers uses a patented multiphase selection process that includes peer nominations, independent research, and peer evaluations. Candidates are evaluated on indicators of professional achievement and peer recognition.
Kyle and Rachel both graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2021 and began practicing law in New York in 2022.
